What can you replace smoking or snus with?

Can you replace your dependence on drugs with something else? Or do something about alcohol: replace it with juice, a smoothie or perhaps a milkshake. If you need to feel drunk — under the influence of alcohol or something else — and out of control almost every day, find something similar; get a rush from food, really good food, or find other methods that can overcome withdrawal. What about finding a meaning, a passion? Instead of looking forward to every time you put something unpleasant and sad into yourself, look forward to finding out what you were made for.

And you were not made to put things into yourself that help drag you down. You should climb out of the hole and out of your head; find the place that is waiting for you. It could be anything. The chance of finding what you were made for is there. Just start looking. The possibilities are right in front of you. On your phone: it is called the Google search engine.

Another thing: can you replace some or all of the unhealthy food you consume?

Simply put: can you become dependent on something other than what is so negative for your body and what you have in your head?

And one more thing: can you replace your negativity with something positive?
