What would it be like if we had no competitive drive of the kind that pushes development forward today?

What about no capitalism, no competitive drive and no self-declared determination?

How much would we have achieved on the way to today's society? Would we be further back on the development timeline, or all the way back to the industrial-revolution era of the 1900s?

I assume most people would say that we would not have come this far without strong determination from individuals and, in turn, capitalism.

Things develop, governments develop, and people like you and me can reflect on this question on a given day or in a given situation, look back and wonder whether society would be different.

Without individuals' decision to have a competitive drive to carry out companies' strategic plans and secure exponential growth, there would be no form of capitalism.

We need digital instruments to grow, we need people like you, and we need to move towards a sustainable future where most of the planet lives together as one society.
